Here you can discuss the challenges of starting a business and exchange insight about successful strategies, all in a relaxed and informal setting. Success Stories Series

Prominent Hartford-area entrepreneurs share their stories about their business’ development and the challenges they encountered, followed by a Q&A session to learn more details of success. HYPE offers this event 4 to 6 times a year, free of charge to members. Past speakers include Abul Islam of Al Engineers in Middletown, Bill Carew of Ovation Benefits in Farmington, and Larry Miclette of ZAG Interactive in Glastonbury.

Roundtable Series

Local professional experts offer valuable guidance to entrepreneurs and cover various topics, including Legal & Licensing, Finance & Statements, Products & Services, Team & Management, Markets & Competitors, and Sales & Marketing. HYPE members have the opportunity to engage panel participants in detailed discussions. This event is free of charge for HYPE members and hosted 4 to 6 times a year.
