HYPE started as an initiative to support the MetroHartford Alliance’s efforts to attract and retain talent in the Hartford Region and has grown into one of the nation’s largest young professionals organizations with more than 3,000 members.

Our strength is in attracting young professionals and entrepreneurs who thrive on social interaction and exchanging ideas within our various events that occur year-round.
