La acción se desarrolla dentro de un cuarto de manicomio, donde cada uno de los integrantes está encerrado por una obsesión mental. Todos interactuarán entre sí, pero el plato fuerte de la presentación es que cada uno de los actores hace una rutina de stand up comedy de 20 a 25 minutos de duración.
