To support the community and promote connectivity, Lessons in Leadership will now be offered live on Zoom!
The Lessons in Leadership program is a four-session breakfast series organized around a book chosen with help from the Leadership Greater Hartford network. This year’s title is The Culture Code: The Secrets of Highly Successful Groups by Daniel Coyle.
In The Culture Code, Daniel Coyle explains how diverse groups learn to function with a single mind, by identifying three key skills that generate cohesion and cooperation. The Culture Code offers best practices for creating an environment of innovation & problem solving, using real life examples and leading science to teach the principles of cultural chemistry.

Each session is “stand alone” and reading the book is not required, however it is recommend that you read the book and attend as many sessions as possible to take full advantage of this popular series. Registration is $40 per session or $160 for the entire series!
