Hands On Hartford is looking for volunteers! Hands On Hartford is a social service nonprofit organization that serves Hartford’s most economically challenged residents in the areas of food, housing, and health. In partnership with others, Hands On Hartford strengthens community in Hartford by responding faithfully to people in need through programs that change lives and renew human possibility.
Volunteers are needed for projects on the following dates:
August 21st, 10:00am-1:00pm
Hands On Hartford is looking for volunteers to assist with packing hygiene kits and snack bags to be distributed at our upcoming Labor Day community meal.

Hands on Hartford will open their doors and hearts to share Labor Day together. They are seeking the assistance of volunteers to partner on this festive occasion as we serve a delicious holiday meal to our neighbors.
Responsibilities include: Event set-up, food preparation, serving takeout meals and engaging with guests, sanitizing tables, chairs, and other areas, event clean-up (including washing dishes and wiping down tables)
