United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut has some great volunteer opportunities for their 2020 Fall Year of Caring!
These opportunities are designed to meet your interests and safety level, and include both virtual and in person volunteer experiences.
Fill a Need: Make an impact in our communities by supporting an immediate need of a community partner such as food or toiletry kits.
Virtual Options: Make a difference in the community and address their needs from your home.
Virtual Skill Based Options: Assist community members to succeed by providing virtual mentoring, specialized needs and skills-based workshops.
DIY PLUS DIY Build and Deliver: Build projects or develop activities at home to be delivered to community partners some examples include garden planters or youth activity kits.
Rebuilding Together (In-Person): All in-person volunteer projects will be carefully planned to follow current CDC health and safety guidelines. All in-person volunteer projects will consist of 15 volunteers or less.
