Leadership Committee
Who is on it?
The HYPE Leadership Committee is a member-led group of driven young professionals, the movers and shakers and future leaders of Connecticut, who bring strong networks and a genuine love for our capital city. These individuals are dedicated, inclusive, and collaborative, united by a shared passion for elevating the young professional experience in Hartford. Committee members join through employer nomination from MetroHartford Alliance investors or by self-nomination.
How is it structured?
The Leadership Committee is led by the committee’s Chair. The committee’s strategic direction is steered by HYPE Executive Director.
What is their role?
The Leadership Committee assists in the planning, promotion, and execution of HYPE events.
What are Student Ambassadors?
It’s never too early to get involved. The HYPE Leadership Committee invites a select group of ambitious college students to serve as Student Ambassadors, gaining hands-on experience while building their professional networks across the Greater Hartford region. Ambassadors work closely with HYPE’s Executive Director and Leadership Committee to help plan events, promote HYPE on campus, and connect their peers to opportunities throughout the region.
